Robert Nolen is an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse business portfolio, having successfully owned various ventures including a nightclub, hookah lounge, entertainment promotions company, tax preparation firm, and a real estate investment company focused on residential rehabilitation and development. Within the past 3 years under his company Nolen Homes, Robert has fixed and flipped several residential single family projects grossing 1.3 million in sales.

A natural-born leader and the eldest of seven siblings, Robert’s journey is marked by resilience and transformation. He studied Liberal Arts and Small Business Management at Herkimer College in New York, where he also showcased his leadership as the team captain of the college basketball team. Despite facing significant challenges, including a period of incarceration as an adolescent, Robert turned his life around and became a powerful testament to perseverance and positive change. He now dedicates part of his efforts to advocating for young male minorities, inspiring them to rise above adversity.

Driven by a passion for helping others realize their full potential, Robert channels this calling to uplift and empower those around him. Inspired by the teachings and humanitarian spirit of his late uncle, Willie J.
